The Latina Book Club is happy to share the exciting news about this new play from Jessica and Jennica Carmona -- Elvira: The Immigration Play.  It's a play whose time has come and needs to be showcased.  All are invited to attend this fundraiser or make a small donation.
Thank you for your support.

Si Se Puede Productions, LLC is excited to announce Elvira: The Immigration Play's Chicago Debut! We are collaborating with the Chicago theater company "Collaboraction Theatre" to present this play this August 2017.

This is an exciting project for us, and in order to get the show to Chicago, WE NEED YOU!

We truly believe in this project, it's relevance to current events surrounding immigration, and the power of theater to give voice to oppressed communities.

Please join us on Tuesday August 1st, 2017 as we present an evening of community building, live entertainment, food,  non-alcoholic drinks, raffles and more. All proceeds from the event will go towards the cost of bringing our production to Chicago.  (Airfare, housing, etc).

The exciting Benefit event will be held at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church, located at 7 West 55th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Tickets are only $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Please share the event with your friends and colleagues and join us for a summer evening of music, theater, food and fun.

***Donations will still be accepted even if you can't attend the event.

Thank you for making a difference.  We couldn't do it without you.
