The Latina Book Club is honored to participate once again in Multicultural Children's Book Day .   We celebrate four years of MCCBD with a review of a bilingual book courtesy of  author Graciela Tiscare ň o-Sato. --mcf Take your kid to work day!  It’s always fun when kids go to Mom’s job, but it’s even more fun when Mamá is a plane navigator on a refueling jet! Luckily, we have some really great tips on how to safeguard against cyber pirating from paralegal and author Raquel Zepeda Fitzgerald.         The Latina Book Club wishes all our readers a Happy New Year! We began 2017 talking about creativity and purpose. We have let our imaginations take flight literally, and what better way then featuring an excerpt from Esther M. Soto’s new time traveling romantic suspense novel, BREAK MY HEART . But, first let’s meet the woman herself and find out whom she thinks is the Best Latin Lover in the world. Q:  What is the most romantic gift you have ever given? ESTHER SOTO:  Married to an engineer, most of my gifts are of practical nature. But I did surprise him once with a weekend getaway about 20 minutes away from home. It was pretty romantic. ;-).  Q:  Who is your favorite Latin Lover? You can pick two.  ESTHER:  That's Easy: My hubby! He's more than that. He's my best friend, my companion, my everything. Ediciones Norte Here at The Latina Book Club we continue our celebration of Three Kings’ Day/ Los Tres Reyes Magos.   We found another great book for our readers; this one in Spanish.   LAS ESTRELLAS DE LOS REYES MAGOS celebrates our Latino heritage and language.  It was a winner at the 2016 International Latino Book Awards. Readers of all ages will enjoy the enchanting tale about a boy and his grandfather sharing the importance of Three Kings’ Day. Book Summary :  It was a beautiful night. The sky was clear and full of stars. Benjamin could distinguish three in particular that twinkled more than the others.
